The hotel offered a nice and clean room with a major issue regarding the AC. Although the rooms were on the smaller side for relaxation, the location was perfect for access to yoga, Starbucks, and a beautiful beach. The service was a mixed experience, with some areas lacking, but overall courteous and accommodating, especially for families with children.

Overall, my stay at One Ocean Resort and Spa in Jax Beach was a mixed experience. While the hotel's location was fantastic with great restaurants and activities nearby and the staff was friendly and attentive, the room fell short of expectations, lacking proper ventilation and not delivering what was promised for the resort fee. The dining experience was not impressive, with cold complimentary coffee in the mornings, but the unlimited extras like soda, sparkling water, and snacks were a nice touch.
